Donna Buang Road slip repairs project was carried out in January and February of 2009 in extreme weather conditions. The construction of the gabion wall was precarious due to the fall of the road and the natural stream found under the road. The contract would have been completed within the timelines of the contract but extension of time was required and granted due to the closure of the road in the 2009 Bushfires.
