The traffic light installation was a complex project which required the coordination of several authorities and sub-contractors to enable the project to be completed within the designated time frame.

Due to the large volume of traffic on Warburton Highway, Vic Roads, Shire of Yarra Ranges and Kalow Holdings worked closely together to minimise disruption during peak times and reduce inconvenience to surrounding businesses.

These works involved extensive road widening, extensive stormwater drainage with dedicated turning lanes along Warburton Highway with the installation of traffic lights and street lighting.
